  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We will gladly provide a full refund for changes or cancellation as long as a 3 day advance notice is given. If less notice is provided, your deposit of the first night will be forfeited. Deposits are not refundable or transferable for cancellations over major holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, and Thanksgiving). A deposit equal to the first night’s stay will be collected at the time of all reservations.

  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?

    From June 1 – September 30, there is no minimum. From October 1 – May 31, we require a two night minimum on weekend stays. There is always two night minimum on the La Casita suite. There is a three night minimum during the major holidays observed at Borrego Valley Inn including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, President's Weekend, and Night Fall Special Events.

  • What time is check in and check out?

    You may check in starting at 3:00 pm. All check-outs are at 11:00 am.

  • Can I get a late check out?

    Late check-out must be pre-arranged at a cost of $10.00 per hour or portion of an hour. We are unable to accommodate late check-outs when the room is rented the same day. Guests who remain after 2:00 pm will be charged an additional night's stay.

  • Can I bring my pets to Borrego Valley Inn?

    Unfortunately, pets are prohibited at Borrego Valley Inn. Animals are not permitted at the inn, in parked vehicles, on leashes, or in cages or anywhere on or around the grounds or property at any time.

  • How many vehicles can I bring to Borrego Valley Inn?

    One vehicle is allowed per hotel room. On-site vehicle maintenance is strictly prohibited.

  • How many people are included in the rate?

    2 adult guests, age 21 and older, are included in the rate. Additional guests and children are prohibited.

  • What do I do if I lost an item?

    Management suggests that you keep your valuables locked up. Please report any lost or stolen items to the Main Office immediately.

  • When are quiet hours?

    Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Profanity or violence towards others and the park team will not be tolerated. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.

  • How do I connect to the free WiFi?

    Click on your internet browser and select Borrego Valley Inn (username and password not required).
